The Property Profile Group (PPG) is a Victorian based group of over 30 independent offices who have been working together since 1992 to deliver superior results for their clients.
Each member agent represents a different suburb or region in which they operate and have substantial market share. This means the PPG has representation across most areas of Melbourne and even some regional areas such as Ballarat, Geelong, Yarrawonga & Mulwala. There is likely to be an agent in your area that is a member of the PPG.
An Executive Committee lead by a Chairman – a position which rotates every 12 months – directs and oversees the Property Profile Group while the CEO – Rebecca Dunn – drives the groups initiatives and agenda.

Property Profile Group Chairman – Bill Cook
As Chairman of Property Profile Group for 2012, Bill sees his role as working to add value for all PPG members and to strengthen the services and professionalism that PPG members offer to their clients.
Bill Cook has been a Stonnington resident for over 50 years and during that period of time has developed an extensive network of contacts primarily in the residential development and project industries. He also has a strong commercial background especially in the retail sector.
Bill started his real estate career in 1969 and is the Managing Director and Senior partner of Williams Batters. His family has owned the firm since 1920. During that time the company has continued to ensure strong growth while maintaining a reputation for excellent service to its clients, based on integrity and professionalism.
Bill has vast experience in all areas of real estate, he is a fully licensed Estate Agent and REIV accredited Auctioneer. He is an associate of The Real Estate Institute of Australia and a past president of both the Southern branch of the REIV and the South Yarra Chamber of Commerce.
Property Profile Group CEO – Rebecca Dunn
Even if she wanted to, Rebecca could not escape a life of real estate – it is in her veins! As a third generation estate agent she has grown up “in the business”. However Rebecca’s real flair has been providing IT solutions for the real estate industry. As an independent consultant to real estate agencies across Australia and New Zealand, Rebecca has helped her clients implement the right IT systems and tools to work more efficiently and cost effectively.
Taking on the role of Property Profile Group CEO is a natural progression for Rebecca who ensures that things always run to plan. Her innovative ideas and progressive thinking also means the group are at the forefront of marketing, communications and technology.
Outside of her demanding work commitments, Rebecca can be found enjoying a “roll-up” at the Fitzroy Bowls on a sunny Saturday afternoon or whipping up a last minute dinner party.
